Our Wedding Day

Our wedding ceremony and reception was held at Neptune Beach on August 12th at 5 PM. This is a special place for us because Becky grew up spending summers at her family's beach house. It is a place we hope to continue to enjoy throughout our lives together and hopefully we will spend time with our own family here someday.

Leah Nielsen - Maid Of Honor: Becky’s best friend since 6^th grade.  It was friendship at first sight (ask her about this story sometime—she loves to tell it).  We both truly appreciate the wonderful, loving, generous, supportive person Leah is.  Leah currently lives in LA running a management business of her own and pursuing her dream of acting. 

Julia Walker - Bridesmaid: A close friend to both of us from college.  Loren first met Julia in the dorms and they remained friends all through college.  She and Becky share many interests and they have been close friends for several years.  Julia currently lives in Seattle.

Mike Koplowitz - Bridesman: Becky’s brother and friend to both of us.  Mike is about the coolest brother anyone could ask for.  We both really appreciate having him in our lives and Loren looks forward to having him as a brother-in-law!  Mike currently lives in Seattle finishing up his degree in economics at the University of Washington.

Brian Kinnear - Groomsman: Friend to both of us for many years.  We lived with Brian and his fiancé, Stacey Anderson, for two years in Seattle.  Brian and Stacey currently live in Seattle.

Ryan (Ringo) Leake - Groomsman: Friend from the fraternity.  Ringo was the one who introduced us almost six years ago.  Loren and Ringo have spent countless hours taking apart vehicles and putting them back together.  Ringo currently lives in Venice Beach, California.

Rob Butler - Groomsman: Friend from the fraternity.  Rob shares many interests with both of us and we love spending time watching his fish in his fish room.  Rob currently lives in Seattle and breeds Discus.

Diana Hoyem - honored relative, Becky’s Aunt:  We wanted to honor Diana because of the special part she’s had in Becky’s life over the years.  She and Becky share many interests and she has not only been an Aunt and role model, but also a friend. She currently lives in Everett and runs a dog training business.  Check out her website at www.dogsportsnw.com

Rudy – Becky and Loren’s dog:  We wanted to include Rudy in our special day because we couldn’t imagine this day without him!
